Information We Collect

Account data: Email address and hashed password when you create an account. We do not store passwords in plaintext.

Payment data: Processed entirely by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status but never see or store your card number.

Usage data: Pages visited, signals viewed, and filter selections to improve the product. No tracking pixels or third-party analytics.

How We Use Your Data

Your email is used for: account authentication, subscription management, signal alerts (Pro/Institutional tiers), and critical service notifications. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Storage

Account and signal data is stored on Supabase (hosted on AWS). Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Both providers maintain SOC 2 compliance. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.

Cookies

We use essential cookies only for authentication session management. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking. Your browser's cookie settings are respected.

Your Rights

You may request: access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of your account and associated data, or export of your data. Contact contact@nxtechelon.com for any of these requests. We will respond within 30 days.

Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Upon deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days. Anonymized usage statistics may be retained indefinitely.

Children

This service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes

We may update this policy as needed. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
