1. Service Description
NXT ECHELON provides classified SEC filing data, insider transaction analysis, government contract awards, and related financial market signals through a web-based platform. Our service processes publicly available government data and presents it with historical context and classification.
2. Not Investment Advice
Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or an offer of any financial product. All data, classifications, confidence scores, and historical analysis are provided for informational and educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Past performance of classified filings does not guarantee future results.
3. Account Terms
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. One account per person; shared or resold accounts will be terminated.
4. Subscription and Billing
Paid plans (Pro, Institutional) are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not: redistribute, resell, or republish signal data from this platform without written permission; use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download data beyond the API limits of your plan; attempt to circumvent tier restrictions or access controls; use the service for any unlawful purpose.
6. Data Sources
Our data is sourced from publicly available government databases including SEC EDGAR, USASpending.gov, and Senate periodic transaction reports. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. SEC filing data is subject to the terms of use of the Securities and Exchange Commission.
7. Limitation of Liability
NXT ECHELON and its operators shall not be liable for any investment losses, trading losses, or other damages arising from use of this service. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
9. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
